Returns

At WineLion, we make every effort to meet your expectations. Quality is our top priority. This applies to both our wines and our service.

If you have any questions or problems, we recommend that you always contact us first via hello@winelion.be.

In the EU, you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason - even if you change your mind. This period starts on the day when you take physical possession of the goods.

Please note that we will offer a full refund for products returned undamaged, unopened and in the original condition. Please note that once a bottle of wine has been opened, a full refund is no longer mandatory. We will, however, do our best to come to a fair and correct resolution, should you not like one of our wines - although we don't think that will be the case! :)

Should you wish to process a return, please let us know via email at orders@winelion.be within 14 days of your purchase. The refund of the entire order amount, including any shipping costs, will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products. The refund will be processed through the same payment method through which the original payment was made. Please note that shipping costs for returns are at the buyer's expense.

Complaints

At WineLion, we know the importance of good service and quick issue resolution. That is why we ensure that all products in our store meet the quality requirements we set for taste, quality and production for all our suppliers.

While we do our best to deliver our products in great condition, it can sometimes happen that they break during transport, you notice a deviation in the wine quality or you have an unrelated complaint. Please send us a message at hello@winelion.be to let us know that something didn't go as planned, and we will do our best to offer a solution as soon as possible.
