Grapes are harvested at the beginning of October. Alcoholic fermentation in closed tanks with gentle cap irrigator for 21 days occurs in stainless steel tanks at 25-27°C, and the juice is pumped over the skin 5 to 6 times per day.
This wine offers notes of fragrant forest fruits, black olives and herbs. It gives creamy and richly textured, mineral, nutty and brioche notes on the palate.
It can be served with lamb, grilled veal or spicy meat dishes. It is also a great choice for Moroccan and Indian food.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 16-18°C.
