The grapes were harvested at the end of September. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by aging on lees for several months. Free-run juice straight from the press was used for each variety.
Lively and delicate, rich in intense aromas of raspberries and strawberries. Full, creamy taste with spicy hints, followed by a long lasting finish.
Excellent for summer evenings, with light vegetable dishes, barbecues, light sauces or spicy dishes.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
