Vinification Details
Grapes are harvested at the end of September. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel followed by a few months of aging on lees. Free-run juice drained directly from the press was used for each variety.
Tasting Notes
Delicate but fully exuberant, with intense flavours of watermelon, strawberries and raspberries. This wine offers a refreshing taste, with some spice hints, followed by long-lasting finish.

Perfect for warm summer evenings but not only that. Excellent company for light dishes, fresh salads, appetizers and even fruity desserts.

This wine is best served at a temperature of 6°C.
