Detalii vinificare
Recoltat la inceputul de octombrie, fermentatia alcoolica are loc intr-un rezervor static din otel inoxidabil. Macerare 7 zile la 27°-28°C; pompati cateva minute la fiecare 3-4 ore. Fermentatie malolactica in otel inoxidabil. Invechire de doua luni in doage de stejar francez.

Note de degustare
Arome de cassis, mure si ierburi salbatice, condimente. Gust de fructe negre, catifelat cu taninuri moi completate de note de vanilie de stejar.

Sugestii
Se serveste cu friptura, vita, porc sau chiar fazan si curcan. O alegere excelenta pentru branzeturile servite "à la française", la sfarsitul mesei.
